Poor service
I have never been so disappointed and ****ed by the consultants from rain ,i have been calling complaining about the network in my area and opted to cancel their service no the dont want to cancel they keep offering the discount but no solutions we are paying for nothing, however no one is willing to o resolve the matter or change the router.at this point im so ****ed and want nothing to do with rain,join the service at ur own risk.

05 Oct 2025, 17:35We have been told they will exchange the router as the issue might be a router since 6 mounths ago that haven't been done ,the agent i interwcted with today was aggressive and dropped our call what service is that ,this is unacceptable.
