Poor Service

I had my place broken into subsequently the rain 101 rooter was ****** too, i called rain they did not trace it nor did they ask how was it ****** or asked for the case number, they wont on to say im liable to pay R4000 for the rooter , i requested to cancel the subscription of which they never did , for two months im paying for a service i do not use, one instance i called and the consultant forgot to put me on hold they really had a good laugh about my situation in the account, very poor customer service ,AOD is only sent two months later that time two of their subscriptions went off my account , again they were not forthcoming on what happens in a case where their rooter is ******.
