Poor service

Rain is really unprofessional. It’s been two weeks not have any connection. I’ve called ever to get help . Some days they wouldn’t even answer the phone. It is useless to pay R625 ,have no connection and buy data. All I’ve been told is that when I finally reached rain is that they will escalate my complaint to technical support It’s been a week now and I’m tired of waiting for technical very disappointed in rain.
