Poor service

I have no idea why Rain all of a sudden have so many issues these days. I live in President Park Midrand. I have recommended Rain to just about the whole estate. Loadshedding has come and gone, yet we have no connection to the internet. I know of ten households on the estate that has moved over to Telkom. You try and get hold of the Rains customer care, yet you can't get thru on their contact number (they have 2) informs you that the contact number is incorrect!! I have used those numbers very often. *** as well as ***, same message. Rain used to be brilliant. What has happened since Oct 2022??? The service is disgusting. I would never recommend Rain to anybody again!!!!
