Poor Service

I’ve been using Rain for my internet service, paying for a plan that promises 30 Mbps download and upload speeds. Unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly frustrating. Most of the time, I barely receive 5 Mbps download speeds, which is far from what I’m paying for.

I reached out to customer support multiple times, hoping for a resolution, but I never received a response. The lack of communication is disappointing and makes me question the reliability of this service.

Overall, I cannot recommend Rain based on my experience. If you're considering them for your internet needs, I suggest looking elsewhere until they improve their service and support.
