Poor service
I'm really disappointed at Rain, about a month ago my partner joined Rain wifi which included 2 sim cards, Problem started when we ported his number to Rain, Till this day the number is not ported, worse his old sim is no longer working we've been calling and calling the consultant are so rude they even hang up on you. Even the two sim cards we received are not working they only make calls if you are connected to the wifi otherwise its not. Almost seven consultants be saying one thing after 24 hrs its almost 30days without the matter being resolved.
