Poor service

I bought router from Rain on the 11 March, I have been struggling to connect it only to find that the mistake is on their side. Every since they have been promising to collect it and refund me or give me a new one but nothing is happening. Their support center is very useless and they don't respond to emails. Is there a place I can report this matter because in stuck with a product I cannot use.
