Poor Service
Till today since Rain stated that they get an agent to call me? I still have not received a call, the only thing I received from Rain was a buffering connection. I DO NOT ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO USE RAIN, THEY ARE ***********!!!

Mr Allan called to further engage with me yesterday trying to establish the core my complain and He discovered various issues that are tempering with the connection and suggested the observation of the connection of which could not proceed due power-cuts in my area.
