POOR SERVICE
I am currently having issues Rain network. The network is intermittent and slow. When you try to call them they will have message that they are experiencing a high volume of calls, asking you to opt for a call back. You will receive the reference, but they never call back. I have multiple references now of which ***8 and ***0 are some of them. I have issues that need their attention but they cannot be found. I stream DSTV and Showmax, I cannot watch them as the service provider is having network issues.

Thank you for your response. If the towers are faulty and you know it, how long must I wait for it to be fixed? I have decided to use this platform because this is now going on for a long time and no one calls me back. You can see I have reference numbers with not follow up on the provider's side. And this one of the issues I have because I have other issue that I need to address with a consultant. Can someone call me, please.
