Poor service

After contact hellopeter about Rain Service Provider last week someone from rain did email me. After explaining my problem with various emails between me and rain I eventually received a mail that the product has been escalated for delivery. It was made clear to me that delivery time is 5 to 7 working days. Now the original order date was 17/07/2020 the vehicle carries my router was hijacked 20/07/2020. I struggle to get hold of Rain until Friday 24/07/2020 when they contact me after a review on hellopeter. Today 28/07/2020 not a word from them further even when I sent a mail to the person who I was communicating on 24/07/2020. With poor service like that I don't think Rain will survive. I will definitely will not refer nobody to Rain and will tell everybody how useless Their service unless they can prove me wrong.
