Poor Service

Good morning, I am HIGHLY disappointed with rain service. I would NEVER recommend it to anyone who likes peace.

Poor client service, poor telephone connection and internet connection even when you're VERY CLOSE TO THE TOWER.

They debited TWICE from my account even though I called to stop them. There's absolutely NO ORDER. I have not had internet connection service from them, BUT they have the nerve to take money from my account.

I called today to get my refund and as usual their service is VERY POOR.

I would rather buy data or get an expensive service provider than to use them again.

In short, THEY DO NOT CARE !!

You always do that, NOTHING new. Really.

I have had the worst experience with you RIGHT from the begging of my interaction with your company last year. Why do we have to pay for the WORST service ?

I need my money back, PLEASE.

I have NOT used your services at all and money is deducted into my account. Is that how you operate , rob people ?
