Poor Service by Rain Wifi

For the past 2 days was unable to work due to rain technical issues ,I called them today was advised that the Technician will contact me before close of business until now no one has made contact ,am so annoyed with their service ,Rain Wifi is the worst ,their service is poor ,for the past days was unable to work ,yet every month I pay them...

Unfortunately am struggling to connect to the close tower and the lady that I spoke to earlier on advised me that i should disconnect the router for 3 minutes and reconnect again it will work or connect to the close tower ,in future when you guys notice that your towers are down ,please inform your customers so that they know ,whether by emails or sms so that we can make necessary arrangements especially for us that are using this WIFI to work every day please. So can you ask one of the technicians to make contact with me regarding this issue ,at least they must connect me to the closest tower

Guys this is frustrating I dont want to lie ,so meaning that because you cant give me an estimated time for repairs ,it can possibly take the whole week ,month or even more ,so there is no timeframe between you guys and your engineers ,this is the 3rd day now ,this is totally unacceptable I don't wanna lie...
