Poor service by provider

I have been using this service for some time but for the past 3weeks there has been no service and I have called them but with no help. When I asked them about their SLA they told me it's 24hrs but now they haven't contacted me and when I asked the agent she just dropped the call. I mean I work from home so now I have to buy extra charges of buying data of which I can't be able to afford

  • It's on showing 1 dot of wifi only cz it has to show 2 dots either 5G or 4G and wifi
