Poor service but successful payment and no router

I made a payment on the 26th of January 2023 and I was promised that the router for premium 5g would be delivered in 3 to 5 business days, however I still did not receive the router. The payment was successfully and the consultants are so useless and unprofessional. When i request to cancel they ignore my emails and calls. Todays is the 7th of February 2023 and there is still no router and there hasn't been no effort from Rain to help me.
