poor service

i am so disappointed in the service. i canceled my Telkom uncapped lte contract as i could not use it. after months of fighting, they cancelled the contract as they could not fix the problem. Rain told me they had a more reliable network in my area and since i moved over to them, i had no joy,i complained constantly and nothing improves, they sent me an external router but problem still the same. i was told someone from the technical division would call..2 weeks later nothing changed...no call, no internet and with covit, we need to work from home.
