Poor service
Rain's wifi is poor and they do not respond to enquiries from their customers. I've been promised a call from their consultants for 2 months now and now with this new complaint I'm uncertain whether I'll be helped or not. I'm paying almost R600 for their services but I'm not getting my money,'s worth. I'm greatly disappointed.
