Poor service
My sim card is damaged since the 26 March and i have been sending emails to Rain support till today no response yet on the 1st they deducted their monthly installment, i am sick and tired of rain network , you contact their offices , you hold for half an hour i do not understand what is going , any help will be appreciated as i did everything in my power to get help my no ***

- can you please treat this as a matter of urgency , we have been doing this for 3 days now, if no solid response today i am going to report this to the lawyers for human rights i am really sick and tired of begging you to provide proper service whilst i am paying
