Poor service

I’m really annoyed by your service , I’ve been calling speaking to your consultants , even your robots on rainGo and WhatsApp with no help , my SIM cards have not been loaded since the 25th of July . You guys are busy sending me emails of help is on the way with no help at all , the next billing date is coming up, I’m I expected to pay without getting service ?,your service is terrible someone is not doing their job
