poor service. Bad internet and extremely unprofessional

This is the worst internet company in SA. we have a 10MB line but im getting a 32kbps download speed.... you are *****ing people's money Rain. Fix your damn problems. give SA better wifi... I would not recommend you to anyone. you guys are the worst.
