Poor service!

Im not happy with how rain operates now every week the network is down , always have to wake up worried that theres signal as its always down , i work from home and it’s frustrating that I always have to complain about network and but extra data incase rain fails me. Rain expects its dull payment every month but fails to provide its services im sitting now as if theres load shedding in my area due to i have no signal to stream its really not on im disappointed in the service as i previously had no issues until last month
