Poor service

Hi I feel like I am already off to a bad start with rain . Despite the terrible reviews I thought to give them a try . I placed my order over the weekend for the 5g standard home package and was promised it would be delivered Monday morning . I have not recieved any communication from Rain and they have not responded to my requests to have them call me back but they were very quick to debit my bank account . I await to hear the generic apology with anticipation .
