Poor service at RAIN

I have been using rain for years now, but for almost a year their network hasn't been that good, but I decided to be loyal and continue using. At the beginning of this yearI lost my sim card and I notified them. They called and said they would deliver the sim card ASAP, they will escalate the matter so that there are no delays, a month passed, no sim delivery, so I decided to just cancel it because I keep getting billed for data I'm not even using. I went on the app and canceled it, I kept getting a failed to cancel message . I sent them a lot of emails, I get acknowledged that they received my email and an agent will get in contact with me, but still nothing and yet my bill keeps going up. Now they say I owe R580 on subscription fees, for a sim card I don't even have anymore. I am not happy with their customer service at all. Even when I call, I'm kept on line foerever with no agents picking up.i don't recommend RAIN to anyone. Their customer support service is very poor. Well it does not exist at all!
