Poor service as per usuall

Network has been intermittent for about a week now, and these idiots would rather ignore you than look into the problem

I tried calling the customer care line and the call got dropped shortly after the lady answered, very professionel. Thank you for your awesome service

Referring to *** the card in question as the excuse was that some payment something had to be updated as a " new crad " is beogn used for payments, has been used for almost 7 or 8 months now. Thank you Giresh or whatever for telling me that you will be connected within 2 minutes. It has been more than 2 hours and still no network and no call from the so called accounts department.
