Poor service and stinking attitude

Rain is taking us for a ride. The people at the support centre are nothing but ****s. For 4 straight days I have been calling complaing about their useless network and the answer I get from them is we are escalating. To make it worse the lady I spoke to today muted me and dropped the call whilst I was talking to her. The attitude of Rain people sucks and their network is bull****. Don't ever go for Rain. They are worse, have an attitude and belittle people. I am so disgusted about Rain.
