Poor Service and rude staff

Only if i knew how difficult is to cancel contract with rain i was not going to take it, i have been requesting cancellation callbacks since August until today my account is not cancelled, tried calling them but you will be on the queue until your airtime finishes without getting help, Spoke to a very rude agent who refused to help me or put me to another agent for assistance,I don’t know what to do anymore.
