Poor service and rude agents

On the 14th January 21 I had experience very bad services from the support agents out of 11 calls that I made on the day still it was never useful ,I only need assistance with apn settings for my zte routher .I had spoken to a few agents but had no idea as to what they were doing they just promise to send you settings which they never did others promise to call back and never dd .

After many attempts of calling again today .still haven't received any assistance from the support agents still my issue has not been resolved. Regarding to the response I got this morning was told to reply by send my email address and you will look into my matter but still nothing has been done .I regret using this service I could have just take my business elsewhere where they appreciate customers I am very absent with the poor and *********** service I've received never again will continue using this service
