Poor Service and Poor Signal

WORST NETWORK EVER!!!! Rain is utter ****! The signal is CONSTANTLY soo bad. I pay over a thousand rand for such BAD quality wifi. I've had multiple "technicians" come to "fix" the problem but STILL no change! And let's not even talk about their call centers. I have to wait minimum 10minutes to speak to an agent and when I finally do get through, they either go silent and then all you hear is the noise in the background OR they speak to you with no respect. They CONSTANTLY sound so "tired" and lethargic and speak so unprofessional. They speak allll this **** with NO solutions or help of any sort. I WILL BE CANCELING THIS ****PY WIFI. GO TO HELL!!!
