POOR SERVICE AND POOR MANAGEMENT
The person who stole the phone together with my Rain simcard, used all my data and there is high possibility of that person commuting ***** usimy simcard. They delivered the simcard today the 23 July 2024, but the sim swab is not done yet. I waisted too much airtime calling them. Sill I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.
