Poor service and poor internet

I would like to know why does Rain Wifi always have network connection or internet problems? I'm a paying customer and whenever you call them or email them you never get a response or they never answer. I'm getting very upset with the service they providing to me, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only customer that have this problem.

Hi, firstly don't lie to the public and don't insult me please. You haven't contacted me at all... So why am i not connected to a 5G tower because that is what i pay for. Your service is just utterly poor and then you still back it up with lies
