Poor service and poor internet connection

I am very unhappy with the service I have been receiving from rain. I have been struggling for 2 weeks to get my internet signal sorted out. I have been phoning and emailing them and all they say it has been escalated. I will not recommend them as a service provider and their signal is not good. I had problems with them from the word go.
