Poor service and no response or communication

Poor service. I have been sending messages and called since the 11th September and still no help received. My router automatically shuts down power everything every few minutes. I've rebooted restarted and done everything they said but still nothing same story. I called again on the 16th with issue and messaged my query no luck with any assistance. This is Pathetic, I pay for the service but can hardly work with thus issue so how do you pay for something you can barely use? I was told they will get someone to call to assist as they are escalating the issue but no one got back to me.
