Poor Service and no internet for 2 weeks

For a digital company I was expecting swift service but I was appalled by the service I received. I received a 5G router with an incorrect SIM card, I was then told a new SIM card would be delivered within 3-5 working days. While waiting for the delivery I kept checking with RAIN as I hadn’t received any additional info about the delivery. Five working days ended on Friday which I called on Friday to check on my order and the agent told me “well, the day is not over yet”. Needless to say, I still haven’t received my SIM card and all I get are apologies and tickets that are logged with the delivery company without a response.
