Poor Service and no explanation for suspension

I have a Rain Wifi sim for R265 offpeak, they normally debit my account on the 25th/26th each month, On September 26th they debited as normal. Fist week October i went to my profile to change the debit date from the 25th to the 1st as my Salary date has changed to the last day of the month. Now i get an SMS that my account is in arrears and has been suspended, i need to pay the full R265 immediately and my next debit order is on the 1st November 2023. So now im confused why my account has been suspended! Someone contact me.
