Poor service and no connection for weeks

I am extremely disappointed with Rain’s service. I purchased the Rain 101 WiFi package on 15 May, and to this day I am still not connected.

I have sent numerous emails and WhatsApp messages seeking assistance, but all I get is an unhelpful chatbot that cannot resolve my issue or provide any meaningful support. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for a service that I cannot use while receiving little to no assistance from customer care.

The lack of communication, poor customer support, and failure to connect my service after several weeks have wasted both my time and money. As a paying customer, I expected far better service and support.

Based on my experience, Rain’s customer service has been extremely disappointing, and the overall experience has been unacceptable. I am still waiting for a resolution and would like either my service activated immediately or an appropriate refund for the time lost.
