Poor service and Network

Poor service. I haven't been able to use my router since yesterday. I spoke to a consultant who said because I don't have a 5G coverage, he will send me details to keep my 5G router on 4G connection. He sent settings with a URL that doesn't work. I've been trying a million times. Rain has a trend of pathetic service. Paying for such a service is heartbreaking.
