Poor Service and Misleading advertising

Do use rain they don't value your money ,I paid my internet and still not connected their customer services people are busy telling me that I must wait for 1 day ,and yesterday I bought the OTT VOUCHER to pay my internet but they say they use OTT VOUCHER anymore when its still under methods of payment they are misleading ,this misleading advertising they remove that Voucher section if they dont take vouchers,the only way to deal with these RAIN guys is to cancel their services completely
