Poor service and management do not care for its customers

I have been experiencing unfairly service from rain. and the management seems not concerned about it. I have requested my account debit order to be moved to last date of the month, however that has not happened instead every month I have to request promise to pay and once I pay they’ll still disconnect services I spent airtime and data calling them to connect but they’ll be telling me I’m owing when you ask for which month they don’t know but I have proof that paid as it is now I am disconnected and I paid I am currently not owing rain but I have no Internet
