POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF INTEGRITY

I been with rain network since Jan 23, yet since the introduction of their 2 sim deal, which i was advised would not come at an additional cost due to being an existing client, i have been debited the additional cost to my monthly subscription over the last 3 months.. despite calling EVERY MONTH and being told a credit has been passed, lo and behold the following month we have a repeat of the full debit with no credit being exercised..being blamed n system issues etc...
