Poor service and incompetency

Rain is busy introducing products and increasing its prices while service and system is always giving problems. I'm on rain one and my monthly data and calls are not loaded 3days later. Two days ago summited a ticket for assistance with the issue till today there hasn't been any feeback as why I don't have my minutes and data. All they are with is letting you know that they will have someone to call you and that never happens. Their phones are down as we speak the website is also down. So there is no way to get in contact with them. If you are thinking of using them I would recommend you look elsewhere cause the service is poor the consultant are rude and can't not answer any questions nor resolve issues, that's if you are able to get through to them.
