Poor service and false pretendencies

I purchased a router a month ago , iam at Ulundi section D , indeed it was installed and everything paid on my second month after the deduction the router has no network or connection at all... when I called I was told there is no coverage in my area and they are sorry ... I want my money back and they can come and collect thier product and the service is very poor, inconsiderate and inconvenient.
