Poor service and false adverti*****t

I've been using Rain 5G for the past 8 months and I've had countless problems. I've logged calls and the response time is very poor. I work from home and I'm supposed to have a strong internet connection, but this is a problem because Rain is not delivering according to their adverti*****ts. There are 5G towers in my area but hey, it's like I sit and twiddle my thumbs on my stats because my connection is so poor that it effects my productivity. Today I had a Technician come out to my place with an outdoor router and guess what, not even that could help in keeping the connection stable because there are too much obstructions where I am and the network drops so fast that he said unfortunately there is nothing he can do to assist me. My question is why is it that paying customers has to literally beg for assistance and still pay for a service or whatever its called because there's no joy coming from this. For a Technician to be so open and honest to tell me I'm sorry Rain cannot help you to get the satisfaction for what you paying really tells me so much in 1 simple sentence. Too many promises of a 50mbps is just bull man, my upload speed is on 0.17 like what is that ???? There is a tower that is literally 100 footsteps down the road from my house, but this tower is 4G, my question is since you have been getting so much complaints about the poor connectivity in Eldorado Park why not utilize the Towers by installing your 5G antennas?
