Poor service and exploitation
I am very appalled by the service and no one has ever tried reaching me regarding the account, I was unable to pay the account due to unemployment and further more you guys kept on charging me while knowing the service was off, I have since went online and cancelled and put my new address for collection of the rooter.
I will not pay for months I have not used cause I was disconnected the minute I did not pay the account months ago.
Please call me and arrange to collect your rooter as I want nothing to do with rain, and also please contact me via email *** if unable to reach me.
I will not pay for what I have not used and you guys have the technology to see the usage and that I was disconnected
