Poor service and even worse customer service

Rain needs to start taking their customers seriously. I've had intermittent service for over 24 hours and when I finally get called by a tech agent, he's unwilling to hear me out.

They've been supposedly working on this tower from yesterday. Today still? There's been nary a notification from Rain to give their clients a heads up. We rely on your service to work, at the very least respect your customers to notify them and resilience issues timeously. 24+ hours of tower maintenance or repairs is crazy business.
