Poor service and disregard for clients

My services have been disconnected even though I paid. I have been talking to a robot all day promising reconnection. I am still battling now. Sent proof of payment to an email address they provided *** It has returned as incorrect. I asked for a refund they say they do not refund. My matter will be escalated That was at 09h00am It is now 17:24
