Poor service and customer status update. No WiFi but pay us!!

Wi-Fi tower down for more than 18 hrs and call centre agents want you to reboot etc. cnowing it won't work. Promise that technicians will call you and to be calm but nothing happens. worse than Escom!!!! Can't give you even a estimate in resolving the issue. Will they refund you for no service rendered. HELL NO!!
