Poor Service and Constant Downtime

I am very disappointed with Rain WiFi. Our connection goes down almost every night from around 7pm, making it unreliable when we need it most. We have tried reaching out to Rain several times to report this issue, but there has been no proper solution or feedback. The lack of support and ongoing downtime is extremely frustrating.
