Poor service and connectivity

Hi, I would just like to share that since my last review about the Rain network's poor service and connectivity which they responded and said that someone will get in touch with me as soon as like I'm still waiting and still getting very slow speeds to no connectivity most of the time. Just shows that they think nothing of their customers. According the service I'm receiving I wouldn't recommend rain network to anyone especially businesses seen that they're launching their business package now.
