Poor service and chasing sales

I bought the rain 101 package deal and picked it up at Queenswood store. The gentleman that assisted me said my 101 is now active and gave me instructions on how to plug the router. I got home and connected and there was no connection, I called rain and they said I must give it 24 hrs, which was not explained to me at the queenswood store. Now 26hrs has passed and I'm still with no connection. I logged tickets with rain but they never called. The service is very poor and they don't give you all the information upfront. They are chasing sales
