Poor service an understatement!

I cancelled this ISP on Monday via their website and called again on Wednesday as I had still not been contacted for them to collect their router. Your cancellation service is as poor as your internet connection. Please come and collect your router URGENTLY. I don't want any issues come end of this month. My account is up to date and I have not been using the service since I cancelled.
