POOR SERVICE ALWAYS NO SIGNAL

I am sick and tired of this service provider. You cannot even report a fault on their site, it gets stuck on LETS INVESTIGATE. I pay for a service and i am receiving too much downtime. Moving the router around is a ****. it picked siganl at the same spot but now it chooses when to work and when not too. There is a constant pattern of data throttling towards the end of the month but with each month the service tends to get worse. I have had enough. I'm guessing that they should be reported to ICASA for their useless service. The more noise they receive from their clients, maybe they might catch a wake up. ANNOYED !!!
